Shredded carrots, cucumber, jack and cheddar cheese and croutons on a bed of garden fresh lettuce.

AL'S STEAKHOUSE

Tender slices of steak, grilled to your liking, tossed with fresh-cut greens, tomatoes, almonds gorgonzola cheese and cucumbers, then garnished with golden crisp Al's onions and ranch.

ORIENTAL CHICKEN

Grilled chicken breast pieces, fresh Asian slaw, romaine, crunchy wonton strips, toasted almond slices and scallions. Tossed with toasted sesame dressing.

BISTRO CHICKEN

A fresh bistro salad with roasted red, yellow, and green bell peppers, red onions, and sun-dried tomatoes topped with grilled chicken breast, parmesan, and sunflower seeds, served with balsamic vinaigrette.

SANTE FE

Grilled chicken w/ chopped lettuce, tomatoes, sweet corn, black beans, tortilla strips, and pepper jack cheese tossed in a chipotle ranch dressing and topped with guacamole, sour cream & black olives.

 AHI & AVOCADO

Tender Ahi tossed with Fresh Avocado on a bed of Asian slaw, crisp greens with cucumbers, almonds, pineapple and chili dressing.

CAESAR

Crisp romaine lettuce topped with parmesan cheese and croutons, then tossed with Caesar dressing.

COBB

Turkey, avocado, bacon, bleu cheese, diced tomatoes and sliced egg, piled on a bed of fresh iceberg and romaine lettuce mix.

BUFFALO CHICKEN

Al's classic salad mix with tomatoes, corn, avocado and pepper jack cheese, topped with tangy sliced Buffalo tenders.

BBQ CHICKEN

Sliced grilled chicken breast tossed in BBQ sauce, chopped lettuce, sweet corn, kidney beans, diced Roma tomatoes, scallions, tortilla strip, jack and cheddar cheese tossed with our own ranch dressing.

SPINACH

Baby spinach, mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes, sliced egg and parmesan cheese. Served with balsamic vinaigrette.
